a couple days ago as Ash, Tom and I were driving home (around 4:30pm) from running some errands Ash said, "Mom! it's getting dark too fast! it's too late." Ash, you are exactly right. i really like daylight savings. Arizona has the right idea.
So true! It does get dark WAY too fast now-a-days. And when there is finally a state that decides to stay on Daylight Savings time, I've moving to it. Arizona just stays on non-daylight savings time, so at least they don't have to change their clocks during the year... maybe I should move there.
And again, it must be the Swedish blood but I prefer non-day light savings time. I like it dark, which forces my kids in early and we can all be home together. During the winter I am better about making dinner, playing games with the kids etc, as we are all inside communicating better etc.

Ugh, Im really NOT a fan of daylight savings. My girls are still getting up at 5 am. Im going to go look at houses in Phoenix.
Bytheway, Braelyn asks me about once a week to see Ash. I think a play date is in our future :)
